Work from home
As a fully remote organisation, we provide the technology necessary for effective remote work. We also design our meeting schedule to accommodate working parents, allowing them to drop off and pick up the kids from school.
Team Gatherings
With team members based across Australia, it can be challenging to bring everyone together, but we love a challenge! We host online Friday Arvo drinks, annual Strategy Days, an annual Christmas Party, monthly awards and more.
Encouraging Leave Policy
We encourage all team members to take time to rest and recharge, particularly over Holiday periods to spend more time with loved ones. All team members also receive a complimentary day off on their birthday.

Our Property Management Best Practice resources are developed and released to the market.
